Yesterday I was alerted by a number of followers that an impersonator had duplicated my Instagram account and has been soliciting money from my followers through direct messages.
That is totally, 100% not me. I would NEVER solicit direct payments through any social media platform!
In the process of trying to get this sorted out, I’VE gotten locked out of Instagram while the imposter(s) is/are at large.
How you can help:
- PLEASE don’t respond to any of these requests!!
- If you’re approached, please report the user to Instagram. I know of one account called bigsskyastrology (extra s) that is still going, so if you’re on Instagram please report them.
